As the title suggests I have found something incredible!

Check out http://www.toddmclellan.com/ and go to 'New Work'. Its amazing. In the past I have put together things like this using my computer and im currently working on an exploded bike print, again on the 'puter, but doing it in real life and then taking an amazing picture of it take some doing.

I was out and about with a camera a few months back and took this. it caught my eye as i pass this bike daily and it hasn't moved to about 2 years. its beyond repair. shame.

Found this through the grain edit blog and personally think its stunning! For a start i love the old 35mm quality, its enchantingly warm and inviting. Mix that with a family trip abroad then wang on a modern twist and you have something that just puts your run of the mill photography on the cutting room floor. Its refreshing after seeing the recent (or not so recent now) bombardment of HDR digital images - we can all do that. Im no pro-photographer but it takes a good eye to make real photography and i think Sebastiaan has nailed it there. I might have to dig out some old pics, get my 35mm dusted off and get a project on the go! I am inspired!

BCU Radiography Graduation Ball Ticket

A ticket I designed for the BCU Radiography Graduation Ball. We had it printed on a slightly heavier recycled stock for the graduates to keep it as a memento and maintain a feeling of quality. The theme was masquerade so a level of elegance was required with a subtle reference to the masks.

yet another gem of a website i found on my morning web journey is www.citid.net where you can honour your city through a graphical representation if you will. it looks like they have a mission to cover all countries, cities and continents. nice idea, imagine that all mapped out on a huge globe!

looks as if they are lacking one for birmingham and most importantly one for telford! i need to get to work on something i think.
